So it can remain healthy and perform better. Basically brain neurons need glucose all the time and brain itself 60% made of fat. So foods that contain fatty acids are always good for brain.

There are many types of nuts available in market. But almonds and walnuts are best for brain and nervous system. They contain fatty acids like Omega 3 and Omega 6, vitamin B6 and vitamin E. Vitamin E improves brain power and protects it from free radicals. Vitamin E also prevents many forms of dementia. There are some anti-nutrients like phytic acid in nuts also. Those anti nutrients are not big problem as we consume nuts in small amounts. Best way to use nuts is to soak them for 8 hours in night and take them in morning.

Chia seeds have many benefits for human body. They contain Omega 3 fatty acid and both soluble and insoluble fiber. Chia seeds are anti inflammatory, controls sugar level and also aid in hydration. Chia seeds got many anti oxidants.
